Ingredients

  • 250 g flour
  • 500 ml milk
  • 50 g butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients in a bowl except butter
  2. Stir with a whisk until the slurry without lumps
  3. Add 50 g melted butter (Melt in microwave, it goes faster!)
  4. If possible, let it stand for 10 min.
