Ingredients
- 250 g flour
- 500 ml milk
- 50 g butter
- 4 eggs
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
Instructions
- Put all ingredients in a bowl except butter
- Stir with a whisk until the slurry without lumps
- Add 50 g melted butter (Melt in microwave, it goes faster!)
- If possible, let it stand for 10 min.
